I'm a sustainability, ESG & social impact strategist bringing over a decade of professional experience working in global organisations. I've worked across cultures, led highly technical and non-technical teams, and navigated the quiet tensions that arise when values meet reality. My background blends strategic rigour with deep attention to human dynamics – and a genuine understanding of how people think, decide, resist, and grow. Two Master's degrees – psychology and sustainability — applied to every engagement. Why I do what I do. I have a strong drive toward work that carries real moral weight – work that reduces harm, restores dignity, and moves systems toward fairness. Years in corporate environments made one thing clear: good intentions fall without clarity, and impact fades when people are exhausted.
